1. Charging:
   Charge fully before first use. While charging, the light will blink and will turn off when charging is complete.

   Press and hold the button for 3 seconds until the light illuminates.
   
   
3. Cycle through Functions:
   Press the button to switch between speeds and pulsing patterns.
   
   
4. Power Off:
   To turn off, hold the button for 3 seconds until the light turns off.
